1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AYUVA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Accounts for minors may only be managed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Platform

AYUVA is provided for personal healthcare navigation, organization, preparation, and coordination. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.

5. AI Assistant Limitations

AYUVA's AI produces informational and organizational output. It can be incomplete or inaccurate, and it should never be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgement. Always verify important information with a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Healthcare Disclaimer

AYUVA is not a healthcare provider and does not practise medicine. Nothing on the platform constitutes medical advice, and no clinician-patient relationship is created by using it.

7. No Diagnosis

AYUVA does not diagnose medical conditions, recommend treatment, or prescribe medication.

8. No Emergency Services

AYUVA is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or seek immediate professional medical attention.

9. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for decisions you make, and for how you share access with family members or caregivers.

10. Intellectual Property

The AYUVA name, logo, software, and content are owned by AYUVA or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit.

11. Third-Party Services

The platform may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability, and their own terms apply.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AYUVA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the platform.

15. Termination

You may stop using AYUVA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required to protect the platform or its users.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law
