Your medical records should be yours
You cannot navigate your care if you cannot see your records. Why AYUVA is built around patient-controlled access, and what that means in practice.
By The AYUVA Team
Your medical record is the story of your health. And yet, for most people, it is scattered across institutions, locked behind separate logins, and effectively invisible to the person it describes. AYUVA's founding position is simple: your records should be yours.
Ownership without recklessness
Patient-controlled access does not mean storing health data casually. It means the opposite: the data is protected with healthcare-grade security, encrypted in transit and at rest, and — crucially — you decide who can see it and when. Consent is granular, and every view is logged.
The strongest privacy policy is the one that makes collecting the data unnecessary in the first place.
- You control access — share specific records with specific people, and revoke it any time.
- You see the logs — full transparency into who viewed your information.
- You can leave — export everything, or delete your account, without a guilt trip.
- No advertising, no data sales, no third-party profiling. Ever.
We do not claim that holding less data is easy. We claim it is the entire basis of trust in a health product. Nobody is honest with a system they suspect is watching for profit. AYUVA is built so you never have to wonder.
